A Long History
In 1963 Rodolfo Dazzi founded Dazzi Abrasivi.
Dazzi Abrasivi was primarily dedicated to the production of abrasives for marble sanding.
In 1999 the company became Tabularasa srl, under the leadership of Stefano Dazzi, and shifted its focus from abrasives to the artistic processing of marble—namely stone sculpture, mosaic, and stone inlay.
From 2000 to the present day, Tabularasa srl has been the exclusive European distributor of diamond-wire machines by Gemini Saw Company Inc., via its website www.geminisaw.eu.
Tabularasa srl operates two physical stores dedicated to sculpture, mosaic, and inlay—one in Rome and one in Carrara.
Our current websites are www.tabularasa.it and www.tabularasa.eu.
In Carrara we also run an analog screen-printing workshop, La Luce Rossa, a small publishing house, Tabularasa Edizioni, and an art gallery, Tekè Gallery. All of these can be explored at www.tekegallery.com.
